    CALLING ALL ROUGH RIDERS

Thanks to the vision of Chef Rick and his crew along with the generous sponsorships from Renee Adams, Hamilton Engineering, and others, this year’s St. Patrick Day Parade will feature an Honor Float for Military Veterans.

We are hoping to fill the float with a great mix of veterans from WII, Korea, Vietnam, and all other service periods along with all branches of the US Military.

If you have a family member, friend, co-worker, or just know someone personally that you feel would like to participate, please reach out to them.

We will be making the necessary accommodations to assist veterans that may have mobility concerns or other special needs.

If you have an interested veteran, please submit them soon, as the float has a limited capacity and we want to try and take care of everyone. If we can fill the float with individuals submitted by a Rough Rider, that would be outstanding. We will also be reaching out to other veteran organizations as well.

After you have contacted them personally and they have confirmed that they wish to participate, please submit their name, age, service period, phone number, email, and notes of any special needs to Jeff Albritton at RoughRider1092@gmail.com.

His reputation for historical detail, page-turning plots, helpful maps, extensive bibliographies, and educational endnotes creates eager readers and listeners alike.
