Rough Riders, spouses, significant others, and friends are all welcome to experience Dunedin, the home to a huge variety of craft breweries, on this deployment. Beer enthusiasts and others will have a great opportunity to walk the "pub crawl" and experience a variety of different beers, as well as sample local spirits at a nearby distillery, making this a day to remember.
Each Brewery we visit has its own style and story—from quirky, old-world ales, experimental lagers, and smooth, small-batch spirits, with the distillery. Whether you're into crisp IPAs, dark stouts, or craft cocktails, there's a tap waiting for you.
We will start at the home of the oldest microbrewery in Florida, Dunedin Brewery, at 12:00 PM. Following that, we will visit HOB Brewery at approximately 1:00 PM, then continue to Cunei Brewery around 2:00 PM. Our last brewery stop will be at Woodwright’s Brewery at 3:00 PM.
There will also be an optional visit to Cotherman Distilling at 4:00 PM, which produces handcrafted vodka, gin, whiskey, and rum.Times may be subject to change based on participation.
This is a dog and cigar-friendly event.
Muster: 12:00 PM at Dunedin Brewery Beer Garden. Arm Bands will be distributed at the Dunedin Brewery for discounts.
The deployment is designed to be walkable, allowing you to enjoy Dunedin between each brewery. We aim to ensure everyone can participate safely and comfortably.
Prizes and Raffles at all four breweries, plus a Scavenger Hunt with great prizes. Entering is easy and adds excitement to your brewery journey. At each brewery, participants will receive a raffle ticket, increasing your chances of winning fantastic prizes. For the Scavenger Hunt, grab a checklist at the starting point and complete fun tasks at each stop. Submit your completed checklist at the final brewery for a chance to win more prizes. Don’t miss out on these opportunities to have fun!
Please wear Rough Rider T-shirts and/or hats if possible. We want Dunedin to know the Rough Riders are in town!
We have a bus departing from the HQs for those who don’t want to drive (see website). For those who do, parking is available near the breweries and in a free parking garage.
Join us for a fun-filled Sunday afternoon.
